Amateur service and inaccurate while I order very rarely pizza, I decide a slinging evening and a little snowy to give me this pleasure. I ordered at the opening of the restaurant one Friday evening (18h07) to please my children and not cook. I was delivered at 0738 with edible pasta. I can't get my kids to eat this, so I'm gonna put one in the oven. My children were crying because they were hungry and didn't understand why I had to put them in the oven. for the delay, I have the right, as a commercial gesture, to a bottle and my milk pie offered. for non-cooked pasta, I wish a refund or identical delivery. She refused. I repeat my call then a second time, but they are rejected (I fall on the messaging after a ringtone). After several minutes, I received a call from pizz pasta that agrees to deliver the two pizzas again. A few minutes later, the hostess reminds me of the last decision: the grievor refuses compensation. and I was asked not to call and no longer order at home (which I certainly did not count)! I think this attitude is more than unacceptable. service is not professional or loyalty. check that the pasta is not white before the pounder leaves and before paying the order!
