El Jalisco - Montgomery

By el jalisco to the birthday dinner of my daughter stopped. she just happened to look down and see that little creature? (it was a living cockroache in the out-Queso-dip, she almost ate it.) Not to mention when we drew our waitress attention to the situation he took the bowl. no apologies, no print, and the manager never came to our table. I'm absolutely suspicious! we will never eat here again!

Eat here about twice the week and am always satisfied

Very sad service. use to be very good place. can't get orders right when ordering .

Went to dinner and had to wait on line for a table for over an hour due to a Christmas parade in town which was fine and understandable. But once seated we ordered and they only brought my wife’s order to the table, I never got a plate. After she was done eating I was told my order must have been made wrong and they could remake it, to which I declined. We won’t be back.

This is my all-time favorite Mexican restaurant. I have been to many Mexican restaurants in cities like Ripley, Spencer, Summersville, Montgomery, Charleston, and Oak, but none compare to this one.
