An incredible shock. I booked for a lunch at 2:30. I would have done 15/20 minutes late. The lady answers me at 14.20 in an altered way that you do not, that I could not hold a table occupied all this time in a festive day, that I said I would make a little delay but still I did not come and that I was definitely not walking and that there were no further explanations to give. She canceled my reservation for 15 minutes late despite being already on the street and I warned her soon. People I've never seen honest. I would have given zero stars for lack of respect.
