Restaurant bewertenOmg this place is great, I had a steak and being honest, that was probably the best I ever had and I had a lot. I could have the meal and the staff that we very nice a for everything.
Cannot go wrong when they are looking to eat large steak made north Mexican style. they have made a lot of tellers that made several cuts of steak and fresh salsa right in front of them.
A beautiful place with reasonable eating to travel decent. the problem is the service. we had a terrible experience, people who came after us were waited first. we asked for the food, and nobody took care of it. no manager. wächter changed three times. I sent a moment about social media and it took several weeks to answer.
Noreste Grill This last Wednesday we were three compadres only. We wanted to try the Esfera Mall again, because of its big parking space, and specially because parking is free (yes, we may seem scrooggy, but I hate to pay for it). After a short...walk on the eastern side of the mall, we settled at the Noreste Grill The concept is simple: broiled meat, salsas, some tacos and mexican food, with some extras. We learned they have three other places around town, and this one is kind of new. We were greeted by a bored hostess, who offered us to seat either inside or outside. The night was warm, so we decided to seat outside, where they have about 20 tables, distributed over a wooden frame, with the characteristic TVs for sports and music videos. Inside there are about 15 tables and a counter bar. As soon as we were seated, an eager young waiter came with a mobile station and offered to prepare us a salsa in a molcajete (a volcanic rock bowl supported on three legs), were you smash ingredients with a proper smasher also made of volcanic rock. We selected the ingredients, like garlic, boiled tomatoes, toasted serranos, jalapeños and habaneros, plus fresh piquín chiles, caramelized onios and green cilantro, accompanied by tortilla chips. Very good idea. The salsa made us thirsty, and beer was called to quench the hotness of the sauce. After we finished with the salsa and chips, we were ready to order. The menu is kind of short, but concise. For entrees there's the usual meat place fare, the twist is an assortment of creative cocktails and jars of fruit water. For meats they have the regular aguja, sirloin, etc, with an interesting option of pork knuckle al adobo (maybe they should also offer it raw), but we opted for a sirloin parrilada for two, comes with venom beans (beans and pork rinds), cheese stuffed chiles (2), caramelized onions and Noreste small potatoes (mustard flavored), a olive oil guacamole and corn tortillas. Everything was very good, portions were adequate and service maybe a bit slow in engaging, but once you ordered something response was fast. On the negative side, the bored hostess spent a full hour and a half playing with the menus, like drumsticks or something, until we asked the waiter to silence her... The I'm gonna kill you stare was comic, but there shouldn't be a need to do that... Other strange point, although is not completely their fault, is that the adjoining place TVs were showing the same soccer game, but with about a a pair of seconds delay! It feels very weird hearing the plays description out of synchronicity... I forgot to mention that when the first beers arrived, we were served a 2 oz jig of house tequila, it was very good but we didn't order more shots since we were all a bit tired from the day. Prices were decent, and you can review menu and prices on their web site. Are we coming back, It's barely a yes, because we'd like to try one or two interesting concoctions, and service was plain good, just good but with an eager disposition, maybe with time it may be better (this place has been in operation for a month only)
Very tasty Mexican cuisine, steaks, guacamole, tacos and many other traditional dishes, also they can drink the original tequila of this restaurant
