Freaking delish. Tried both the chicken and duck both awesome. IMHO though the fried duck wings with the spicy orange sauce were the winners!

Amazing wings! We had both the duck and chicken along with four sauces — tarragon, harissa, buffalo, and bbq — each one was more palatable than the last. Even without the sauces these wings are so good they stand up on their own. Compliments to the chef.

Wing spot in Montauk in the main shopping district. I thought it was nice that they gave you a variety of options for preparation. You can get your wings grilled, fried or baked. There are also several sauce options (which you can get tossed or on the side). I got the grilled wings with orange harissa sauce on the side. In theory, the cinnamon rub for the wings sounds like an interesting idea. But it didn't do much for me. And the sauce just tasted like they heated up some orange marmalade in the microwave. The potatoes confit were just average. But the price was moderate, so I didn't feel like I lost out on too
