Naturally Good - MONTAUK

I used to love coming here until this morning. I placed an order on the app to-go since they are limiting the amount of people inside due to Covid. My order was given away twice to the wrong person. My name is Kathryn, hers was Kristine...1000% not the same. I sent the order back twice since she opened the order and we’re in a pandemic. The woman at the window didn’t apologize and was annoyed that I wanted them remade. Not one person inside apologized to me or Kristine about the situation. Once my order was remade 25 minutes later, an employee walked out and handed it to my boyfriend with an attitude. We waited over an hour for the correct order. When we left, Kristine was still waiting. Horrible experience and because of that I’m never returning.

So glad we found this place, its like a specialty food store and a cafe went on a date! I was able to pick up some of DF items for the room and still get a sandwich for the hubs, a smoothie for the kid and fresh pressed juice for myself! Will def go back!

They don’t make any other eggs besides scrambled eggs. We asked to make egg whites for my daughter and they told us no. Not only that after we arrived to the store to pickup my food I was greeted by a very rude women. After we got home we ate our food which had very little taste. We were not satisfied with our meals and will never come back again.

About an hour ago I went to Naturally Good in Montauk to get some gluten free items, as they are hard to come by during this time. I followed the precautions by putting my gloves on and covering my mouth. When the young man at the door came out I asked if they had gluten free items for purchase, as they are not listed on the menu. He said yes and that they’re limiting the amount of customers in the store. Understandable, I waited 6 feet apart for my chance to go in. One woman went in and back out before me. When the young man came back I asked again and was ignored. He was too busy trying to get orders out than letting my inside. I understand these are hard times but I am trying to support my local business. I will NOT be going back there EVER and the disrespect was unnecessary. Be lucky you have a job and customers wanting your product.
