Chuck E. Cheese in Monroeville is terrible. The staff sucks. They had a brand new girl on the register and messed up my order. It took the 5 staff almost 20 minutes to figure out what she did wrong. No one offered us an apology. Not even the girl who caused the situation. We literally had to show them our bank account to prove that the transaction went through. Eventually, they compensated my entire order. The price was astronomical. Even with the the food be compensated, I still spent a pretty good amount of money on nothing. They literally put my child’s Dippin Dots that was $7 in a sample sized cup. Chuckie only came out one time during our visit, and he only interacted with the kids whose birthday party it was. I would rather take my money and go elsewhere. It is not like it used to be at all.
My nephews had fun there for their birthday party but they were not too happy that none of the coupons machines worked.
Fantastic kid’s birthday party venue! My 4 year old had a magical day, and Gabby was the best host! We’ll be back next year!
I heard the Monroeville location was closing soon, so I drove all the way from Southern Maryland to go see it. I was not disappointed. The food was AMAZING! Customer service was exceptional and the games were awesome. Sizeable location with an awesome exterior to look at. I really like this location and am sad to see it go like this.Vegetarian options: They have salad and cheese pizza, I guess.Dietary restrictions: Pizza is more greasy than the other locations. They have some good salad however.Parking: On Fridays, the parking lot is pretty full. It was also very small.Kid-friendliness: Uhh, self-explanatory.
