Bella famiglia che ha tenuto un business per molti anni. Congratulazioni!

Il goto cambia poco e lentamente. Nel mio caso puoi dire che e' una monolite. Mi piacciono le cose e non gli altri. ma la personalità di questo cuoco rende il mio goto piegarsi come spazio-tempo vicino a una fonte di gravità. Sgombro in scatola con cipolla e due fette di pomodoro (in inverno) con capperi? normalmente no grazie. Ma eccoti qui. lo sgombro è reso sublime da una grande quantità di cipolla di cuvennes crudi. capperi e pomodoro sono perfetti. la frittata è il piatto per il quale tutti vengono qui in pellegrinaggio. La chiamano Fortajas. No, grazie, lo fa mia nonna. L’unica frittata che mangio e l’omelette, bavooe s’il voo plait. ma questa fortezza è indescrivibilmente vicina al cielo. Sono una cuoca e voglio che i miei clienti provino nella mia cucina quello che ho provato qui.

We sat on the terrace yesterday and were treated to an excellent eating. the menu was very interesting and we have shared a series of available options. the food was excellently freshly created and a real joy. I tried the bruschetta. (fantastic;) an amazing orzo dish and tasty house made tortellini. the owner as helpful, charming and personal attentive. I do not write reviews often, but if they are in the opposite, they should know about this jewel of a restaurant.

When we said that onion frittata was the highlight, we could not find out why we would go up this mountain for this mountain - but omg- go go! so much more than that, but wow you never had a frittata like this. The mackerel and tweeper plates as well as the tweeper and pickle plate- excellent. I'm dreaming to eat here again.
