Very unpleasant and rude waiter Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Endless waiting and disorganization. Unfortunately my experience at Zazen Maglione was extremely negative. The place was packed with people due to the carnival party. However, the staff was definitely insufficient to handle such a large number of customers. We waited an interminable time to order, without succeeding. In the meantime, we had to get a coke from the fridge ourselves, since no one cared to serve us. Exhausted from waiting and disorganization, we decided to leave. One of us headed to the register to pay for the coke, while we informed a waiter that we were about to leave the place. Incredibly, his concern was having to pay for the coke, not being aware that one of us was already in the checkout queue. Despite understanding the crowded situation due to the carnival party, the management of the place was terrible. If you are unable to handle a large number of customers, you should take action. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Davvero molto scortese far pagare il conto al tavolo all’interno mentre si sta mangiando! Capisco ai tavoli all’aperto ma dentro proprio no! Cosa...

Che buona quella spremuta con mezza arancia e 250ml di acqua ! Che costa 4€ giuro vado alla coop e con 4€ vi prendo io un kg di arance !
