Every time I have went here we have had problems unless amber was there working. Young men ruined our sandwiches before with dumping salt and pepper all over it instead of sprinkling and gave us attitude about us not able to eat them then refused to give us a refund until I had him call his manager. Everyone skimps out on the meat, cheese all of the toppings but when amber does it and works she is beyond amazing! Always very nice and helpful and polite we have a good experience every time with her!! She is the best worker and amazing at her job!

Omg this woman that my name didn't sign has a posture because I order to eat. smfh was just so ridiculous never again! it is Tuesday at 20:18 o'clock.

I visited the restaurant on 6-8-23 and found it empty at 12 noon. I had a coupon but needed clarification on which subs were included. Unfortunately, the staff informed me that subs were not part of the deal, something that was stated on the bottom of the coupon that I couldn't see without my reading glasses. As I was discussing this with the staff, three male customers entered and were served before me. Feeling ignored, I decided to leave and went to Burger King down the street instead. The staff at the restaurant were unfriendly and seemed to have an aversion to coupons. I will not be returning to this establishment. A simple solution would have been to inform me that sandwiches were not included, or to post a sign indicating this. This experience has left me wondering if they will struggle to stay open in the future.
