The dinner at the restaurant was a great experience. dishes, where beautifully presented tasty. personal, where friendly efficient. to sit outside on one of our evenings, absolutely stunning watching how the sun goes down behind the mountain perfectly.
We had dinner at the hotel restaurant twice during our stay. The menu was excellent, the service attentive, and the food was delicious.
Had lunch here on the terrace on our first day. Huge sharing platter which had everything on it. Then had dinner in the restaurant. Staff great. Fantastic food with lots of extras! Delicious hor d'hoeuvres. I had the lobster bisque starter and my husband had...the snails. Both were delicious. Then we shared a rib of pork which was cooked perfectly. Then we had the cheese. Great selection of local cheeses. Then they brought us some petit fours which were lovely. This restaurant is top notch!
We read about this place on TA and decided to have our anniversary dinner there while we staying at a nearby hotel. I'm so glad we did. The food was excellent and the service was superb. We had a small power outage about half way...through dinner and it was handled with class, candles and pleasant humor. Power restored, dinner continued smoothly and the evening was a true dining success. Not inexpensive, this dinner was well worth every cent. Kudos to the chef, staff (Max and Martin) and restaurant manager. It was a very memorable evening.
