Restaurant bewertenWe had a cod as a main course. it was nicely served and very tasty. the dessert was cake and ice was ok without it being something special. the local red wine and the white roger perrin were both excellent. the hotel. what can I say...Great room. all the rooms that were named after an artist, and I guess decorated with the work of the artist. I stayed in dali. good choice (by artists) and the space almost as strange as the artist himself. the room was a high plateau with open bathroom. table with washbasin and bath on carpet laid. the shower was only as part of the tub and nowhere to hang the showerhead. So the shower was on the knees in the bath that held the showerhead, trying to meet all the time while washing and try not to miss, because then the carpet would be completely wet. Suddenly done, but a funny thing to tell the others and have a good laugh. I have to admit, I found the stay interesting and fun, but I am not sure I like to stay there for a week or two

I had the chance to spend 12 days in the kitchen to discover the kitchen with the dove team. Thanks to them! I have seen fresh products that come every week, all the peeled vegetables on site, French-quality meat prepared each week, ultra fresh fish, 100% home patisseries, unheard sauces prepared on site: it's the dove! Everything is cooked, it takes a lot of time, but this is what the dohollo leader laurent, the patissier dimitri dargelly, christella and thomas do every day with brio, it is a hard work but a good job! Congratulations to all, thank you leader for your patience and the quality of your work and thank you also to gaëtan and benoit for their welcome! A real restaurant!
Advice to vegetarians and vegans who also wish to enjoy a refined meal. The chief will make you four to satisfy you. Reservations two days before specifying. Thanks again for the good vegan dishes.
I was lucky to work there and I was very welcome. I loved being part of this team and this place. These good memories... I know the back we're folding in 4 to ensure the best to customers. I dream of going back in time as a client.
