Tim Hortons - Moffat

Fairly average Timmy's. Service is decent and the taste is the typical Timmy's taste. The location is quite convenient.

Supposedly they open walk in at 5am but the door is locked until 6am. Drive thru open and accepting orders. What's the point in leaving dine in closed for an hour? All I want is a morning coffee. Even dine in used to be open at 5am.

I will never go here again heared a young white girl employee speak in racial epithets towards another coustomer when I asked for the manager I was given a made up name I'm telling co 24 about this absolute garbage people should not be serving people coffee never again

I just passed by and ordered 3 icecaps. When they gave them to me they were dirty on the top. When I told them they said they will wipe them. I told them I don’t want you to wipe them I want a clean one. She said you either take it or we can return your money. I told her take them all back. Also I asked her to add some cookies to my order and she refused saying I have to go back through the drive through again to order something else. The supervisor was standing next to her watching and didn’t care. Very bad customer service. All the staff need to be changed and taught how to treat customers. And make proper drinks!

I wanted to get iced latte but they don’t have any latte. Also don’t have iced french vanilla. Stuff recommended fruit juice instead I don’t know why.
