Subway - Mobile

The restaurant is consistently dirty, the staff have bad attitudes and are lazy. One waitress refused to serve me, saying she was taking a break and would wait for another waitress to take over while playing on her phone. Overall, the customer service is poor and the atmosphere is unpleasant.

I arrived at 8pm and two unhelpful employees insisted that the restaurant was closed, even though their online hours indicate they should be open until 10pm.

The food was delicious and the service was great, however there were not enough employees working.

They just didn’t care to help they was complaining the whole time they didn’t want to be at work or to help you could tell

Bought a steak sandwich , and I feel their tuna is premium.
