Restaurant bewertenThis location is always rude and gets my order wrong because I asked for Styrofoam every time but then they wanna argue when I get to the window over a cup I always ask for Styrofoam! It is not good customer service when you have the employees arguing with you about something that you know you said and they wanna tell you that you didn’t say it! There is only one lady at the window that I like and she is not there today!
The first time at a smoothie king in a dae and it has not changed. they still produce a great product. I am always impressed by their offered and dings that they can add to their smoothie. the team there was efficient and very polite and the facilities were extremely clean. this is the kind of place I like to often.
My sister didn't feel good and wanted me to get her a smoothie. I'm here for 10 minutes before they're closed. the open sign was still illuminated. the door was closed, however, and the women in the inner indicated they were closed. very disappointed. I understand they're trying to get out of there as soon as possible, but what's the point when they have a closing time if they don't stay on it.
I am currently sitting in the Drive-Thru. Been around the building twice I see two ladies working in there laughing having a good old time. This location supposed to open up at 7:00 now it's 10 minutes after. They finally turned on the light of the menu in the drive-thru after 5 minutes but they still have haven't answered the drive-thru even though I went around twice. Im going ahead and leave because it seems like they're never going to answer the drive-thru.
Guys, you are quick and efficient workers, but when I order a peanut butter smoothie... please put peanut butter in it. Y'all have done this to me multiple times, the Peanut Power Plus is pretty bland without peanut butter.
