Osaka Sushi Grill - Missouri

A hidden gem! The best sushi I've had in Saint Louis and the whole surrounding area!

We walked in at 7:00 and asked if we were able to dine in, the woman at the front told us “we can take your order here and you can sit at the table and eat” ok great. but then immediately afterwards said “oh we also close at 8 so idk if you guys want to order….” Felt like we were being a burden wanting to order food an HOUR before they close. I’d understand if we walked in at 7:50 but 7:00… thanks for hinting strongly you don’t want us there!

Ate here for the first time today. Ordered the Osaka chicken bento box and was very pleased. Ordered some tuna sashimi which was very good as well. I'm not a big fan of sushi, but I'd definitely come again. Edit: 1 year later since this review and now I love sushi and this place is the best for sushi in the JeffCo area. Definitely recommend the bento boxes here Edit: 3 years later. Still my favorite restaurant around here. Osaka rocks

Their idea of 'tuna roll ' used canned tuna. Utterly foul.

The service here is wonderful, running on minimal staff they work very hard and the food is excellent!
