Dave's Diner - Missouri

Stumbled upon this little diner in High Ridge when I visited the town for the first time to pick something up. Ate a yummy meal at this quaint diner from another era all by myself, and was thankful I stopped by. Had fried fish with slides, and a slice of strawberry pie at the insistence of the waitress.

To be honest me and my girlfriend stopped in for a real late dinner. It is a 24hour dinner tho. The food was okay at best and our server was rude and unorganized. I don't likewleaving reviews but thought it to be necessary. Keep going don't waste your money.

Only eaten a few different items but for breakfast the eggs with I believe sausage, onions, green peppers and potatoes covered with gravy or the biscuits n gravy are awesome. Dinner I've only had the fried chicken and the country fried steak and both were delicious. They do only accept cash (no other forms of payment are allowed). Food was not the best, things not cooked all the way, staff didn’t seem to care about our experiences, other then our total at the end did not hear a word from them. Seems to be friendly to locals but anyone outside is a different story.
