The Works Craft Burgers Beer

We went to work last Saturday for dinner. Very disappointed by the service. Totally untrained and no service experience. We just ordered two burgers and the Pommes etc. In the time we got condiments and wait for cutlery our food was served 10 minutes. I had to go in and ask for service. As a result, I didn't leave a tip. Very disappointing as the burgers were good. There is only so much that Covid and the unfortunate situation can be accused. Openly leave the prices a much better standard than we experienced. Waitress was completely separated and unprofessional. Enough

Terrible food experience and service. Ordered a « hipster burger » which comes with avocado, havarti and caramelized onions. The food took forever to arrive and when it did our server informed us they didn?t have avocados. The food not only looked horrible, but came cold. We asked for a tomato and pickles to replace the avocado and they took another 10 minutes bringing these for us. Burger tasted awful and was cold. Fries were cold. Ended up just leaving after talking to server about the issue. They said we did not need to pay for the iced tea and soda water we did drink.

We really enjoyed our dinner. It was really yummy. The service was great and I would highly recommend. The order took a little longer than expected but it was worth after having this delicious meal. Kids meal is free with family meal.

My husband and I are huge burger lovers and I tried the maple burger. It was honestly the best burger I've had! Very creative, ingredients were fresh and checked off all the boxes for me. My husband loved his too! Definitely a good place to check out if you love burgers as much as we do!

We were there late evening as all patios we packed but we still ended up ordering a take out. Burgers were juicy and tasty. But their menu is very messy and hard to come to conclusion to order without any help. Lucky manager was kind and knowledgeable to help us through. Craft burgers are way to go. Two thumbs up.
