Restaurant bewertenThe wait for my food was quite lengthy, but it was really delicious. The prices are similar to those at other airport restaurants.
The service was very poor—unfriendly, extremely slow, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. If I hadn't been in a rush and needed to eat before my flight, I would never have chosen this place or spent any money here.
"This is a typical airport eatery. I was torn between giving it a 3 or a 4-star rating. The food is made to order, which means there’s a bit of a wait (about 15-20 minutes), but at least it’s not sitting around in a warming tray. We tried a couple of dishes, and both were quite tasty. The medium spice level was just right—not overwhelming—and there was a good amount of chicken, although I would have liked a bit more of the Chinese broccoli. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our experience at this airport restaurant."
I am a regular customer of thai express, but this place is absolutely terrible. the service was extremely slow and lasted 26 minutes before I got my order. what happened to almost food? also the staff was extremely rude for those waiting for their food. also the food quality was not so great. avoid this place at all costs!
If I can give 0, I would love it. I ordered my eating with eppichen and it said it will be ready at 10:29. I waited and my app told me my food is ready for a pick-up, so I went and they told me that they are not ready yet. I waited for another 15 minutes, then I went up and asked her what was up. they said there's only one cook, so I have to wait or call to quit. as she said, I don't care to wait or cancel. without telling me when I went there when it says my food is ready for a pickup. they just give people a head-up what's going on, and they say it's sorry to take it long time instead of giving such a job.
