What unbelievably bad service and management at Swiss Chalet - Dundas and Dixie. Swiss Chalet has no chicken period. Never mind they ran out of their new Crispy Chicken at 6pm - their advertised special. We asked the bartender to call the manager and she did so, but the manager then inappropriately yelled at the bartender in front of us all because she didn't want to deal with my complaint. At that point they told us that they now suddenly had chicken but we still had to wait an hour for our food. And yet, the table next to us had Crispy Chicken. We were lied to repeatedly and then were given a free meal. We requested our receipt and told it was voided and instead given a bar bill. We didn't sit at the bar. Never coming here again.

The place is nice, the food is tasty and the service is good. compatible price. We ate a lot. We like it.

Came in here expecting the standard quarter dinner and got wat I ordered. The chicken seemed a bit smaller than usual. Not sure if the Chalet is using smaller chickens now. It was OK and the service was fine.

We been to this restaurant many times and the service is good. But on this day, something went wrong. The server was not good at all, he gave us the wrong beer and the food we ordered was not correct in detail. First time disappointment with this outlet. It only takes one server to put you off. But we will still visit the restaurant
