Pumpernickel's - Mississauga

When I found out that this was here after being so used to one city center, I was thrilled. My first time came to this place and I decided to be smart and check the Pumpernickels. ca website to ensure that the time was opened. Lo and see, the website says open until 3:30. I come at 2:03 and find out that it is actually closed at 2:00. Yes, I see on GOOGLE that it closes at 2:00, but why would a company keep their personal website SO WRONG. Less than impressed, I wouldn't have expected a bigger chain.

For the first time order here, sandwich was delicious! A certain yes I will order here again!

Good food, but I'm going out of my way out of the office just to find it often closed. I stopped going in early 2020 as they keep their location number secret so I can't call to see if they're open. I think they never reopened.

The food is amazing, however the staff is not trained well. They are always lost and looks like they need guidance. There's always one person who knows how to do all the work and seems to try to guide all the other employees. One thing I don't like is that every time they charge me differently when i add my Avocado to my sandwich, sometimes its 1$ sometimes its 2$ and i never have the time to argue; yet this is super unprofessional. The interior is nice and comfortable.

Excellent Quality and Value!!! The salad bar has over 11 different salads to chose from which you can combine into one bowl at a fixed price of $8.95 tax. You then have various protein options to add on such as salmon, chicken, boiled eggs, falafels, tuna salad etc. I ended up getting the salmon and came out to just over $16 with tax. I think this is great value. At a full service sit-down, you'd pay $25 TIPS for an inferior product. Definitely will go back.
