I am a frequent customer at this restaurant and I have been disappointed with the service from the owner. I usually come here to buy 1-liter containers of ice cream and occasionally birthday cakes. This time, I ordered an individual large cup size and the employee accidentally added chocolate to my ice cream (which I cannot eat). The owner refused to replace it, stating that the size I ordered was too large for her to replace. Instead, she offered me a 15% discount on another ice cream or to get toppings free of charge if I bought another one. I am not interested in buying another ice cream at a discount, I just want the one I already paid for replaced. The ice cream is good, but it is the same at all Marble Slab locations so I will find a different place to go.

The customer service at this ice cream place is absolutely terrible. The staff are messy and not attentive, and the prices are high for the dirty environment. The servers should be taught to appear clean, friendly, and how to treat customers fairly. Perhaps the restaurant should consider closing if they do not value their customers. This is definitely deserving of a zero star rating.

Today I visited heartland store and the serving lady at the store showed Very bad attitude . She was rude throughout our visit and even refused to entertain the coupon code. Never visiting this location again.Well the ice creams are no doubt taste amazing !!! But that lady needs to taught some courtesy

Terrible , terrible customer service and very messy for an ice cream place thats pricey and exposed to dirt..You should teach your servers to look clean and smile and learn how to serve the customers fairly.Better close if you don't like your customers!This is actually a zero star.
