Restaurant bewertenThe service was terrible. My whole family was standing on the door for 10 minutes and the waitresses were seeing us, but never came and approached us. It wasn't like a long lineup or anything, we were the only ones waiting. After 10 minutes of waiting, we decided to walk out and went to a different restaurant. It's simple coutesy to ask the waiting customers and put them in a waiting list. It was very rude to look at the waiting customers and ignore them completely. They definitely need some basic training
Good Japanese and Sushi food. The restaurant is large. Plenty of room for large groups. Sushi is made fresh. the service is always good.
The restaurant is large as well as the menu. We were started with a complimentary zucchini fried item which was followed by our appetizers of shrimp tempura. I found it to be very good. For lunch it was three of the Maki lunches ($13.50/each) and one Bento veggies ($12.50). Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals which were well presented and served at the proper temperature.
Went there in a group of 5. There weren't busy at all. They didn't brings us a lot of the food we asked for. Had to ask for the dynamite roll 3 to 4 times before they gave it to us. Not sure if they were slow or just did not process the order. We asked the waiter a few times if our order was on the way, but he couldn't give us a definite answer. Finally we gave up and left without trying all the things we wanted to try. It's not truly all you can eat if you don't get the food you ask for. Absolutely disappointing and horrible experience. My friends were brave enough to give KK sushi a second chance after that terrible experience, but they said the service was just as bad the second time. Save your money and go somewhere else. Heart sushi in Mississauga is awesome by comparison. Though their meat items are not halal- but then again, who goes to sushi to eat meat?
Worst sushi ever eaten extremely rude staff stale food just warmed up. The food tasted like rubber. Stay away
