My close friend Sacha treated me to dinner. Wonderful neighborhood gem! first time going but has been on my bucket list for a while glad to have ed it off and look forward to going back again. ???

I often dined at Fred Bar and Grill and tried their grilled calamari which is my favorite food over there, and it was fantastic. The calamari was perfectly grilled, with a smoky and charred flavor that added a delicious twist. The texture was tender and satisfying. Lively neighbourhood bar with a patio. Good for drinks, food and conversation. We always seem to order the Grilled Calamari $18) and Mussels in white wine garlic $16.50) so I guess you can say they’re pretty good . We’ve also tried the Fried Calamari $17) which are not the usual rings you would normally expect but nether the less pretty good, Fish Tacos $5.25 each) and Oysters on ‘Oyster Tuesday’ This time they had P.E.I. Lucky Limes). My sister loves the French Rose and says it’s the best Rose she’s ever had. The washrooms could do with a little maintenance.

The fried calamari isn't pleasing to the eye but omg it was THE BEST I EVER HAD...my husband I was hesitant to order it but glad we did, we almost order a 2nd. He had the lemon pepper wings, he said they were good. I had the Gorgonzola Bacon Burger. It was juicy; and savory. Best burger I've ever tasted and I'm picky about my burgers. The fired were cooked to perfection and I don't even eat those kind of fries but they way they were prepared was to perfection. Highly recommend if you're in the area. Also our waitress was super nice.
