Absolutely AMAZING customer service.our server Ally was so sweet from the start and had such a positive attitude. There was an issue with my bowl (totally my fault and Albert, the manager didn?t hesitate for a second to make it right for me, evenpersonally remaking it himself. I can honestly say this has been the best service I have ever received. 10000000/10 wouldrecommend flattop, atleast when Ally and Albert are working :

It was good! I wasn't sure what to think before I went but it was good. you get to make your own stir fry and they make it on the flat top. it wasn't too greasy and not spicy at all. unique but good

The food was good, not particularly my thing but watching them cook it was also fun, you walk in and take a seat, they grab you a drink and then most people make their own bowl or assorted noodles, veggies, rice and so on. They grill it for you and then your good. The product you get really is decided by you. I would say sauce plays a big factor, try them first and maybe choose 1 or 2, I choose four and it seemed as though it was too much.

They do have a lunch discount from 11-2 where you can pick up to three meats and add as many toppings as you want to fill your bowl with. They also have little cups so you can taste test the sauces before you put them in your bowl. I got shrimp which was a little extra cost, but it tasted really good.
