Restaurant bewertenSidewalks in Miramichi roll up at 9:30 pm apparently, the other 2 places we tried first weren't serving food. I remembered Bistro 140 from last year so we tried there. they were about to close but kept the kitchen open for the 5 of us. everyone was VERY pleased with their meal, although one dish with curry was a little on the "too spicy" side.my dish was linguine with scallops, it was delicious.Marcy did a GREAT job looking after us. recommend that you check it out, and hope Marcy is your server. :)
Very good meal. Asked for tartar sauce and the chef whipped it up in no time. Was much better than the packaged sauce.
This small restaurant serves excellent food but often gets over busy with the result that service can be very slow and it seems to have regulars that get preferred treatment. However if you are prepared to wait the food will be worth it.The hours seem to change with the seasons so don't go too late or you will be rushed eating your meal
The best restaurant in Miramichi in my opinion! The service is always so friendly and perfectly timed .. you will never feel rushed, but I'm sure if you were in a hurry they would accommodate you. The menu has a good selection and they have nightly specials, plus nights where they feature salmon, pasta and steak. The Mercantile Room in the back is perfect for family gatherings, meetings and parties. Plus they make the best martini in town.
