Restaurant bewertenThis place is a disgrace, I'm currently trying to get my money back. My pizza took over 2:30 hours to get to my destination. Not only was my pizza late but I will show the condition of the pizza being delivered down below. Shame on you pizza hut for hiring incompetent workers who don't care. Don't order from this place ever again.
Worst place to order pizza. No show with my pizza. Manager Alex said i had the wrong phone number on my order. But i 'll had the same account for 2 years. Alex said they would replace my order and deliver by 7 PM. Arrived at 7:30 and with the wrong order and no receipt to sign off on. Alex said their system said i ordered a cheese pizza with extra cheese. When i ordered there special for meat lovers. Who pays $29 for a cheese pizza. My order email shows meat lovers.I was told district manager will call me for refund. Haven 't been contacted back yet.
I wish I would have read the reviews for this place before I ordered. I'm in from out of town and got done working late for work. I ordered a medium pizza and 2 drinks at 8:30 pm and the app is saying it wont be delivered until 10:30pm. I called them at 9:40 to ask why so long and they say they are short drivers and this is a normal wait time for this time of night. Its Tuesday...highly doubt they are busy. I asked for a refund and the girl said the manager told her no because the wait time is normal for them. I can't believe this place is still in business. Corporate should shut them down and get new owners. This is terrible service. I'm starving and now I may not even get a pizza tonight based off other reviews. There are no other food places open this time of night either so I guess I'm screwed.
I wanted to share my great experience! !!The person that answered the phone was very friendly and even got me to buy the cookie pizza.. When we got the order to the hotel it was nice and hot and the delivery person was very kind and wished me a happy new year!! I would recommend them to anyone and will order again from them!!!
Wish I could say more. But most of it would be a here say i say backed up by there recoreded systems. My group and i out of state in a hotel waited for 2hrs 30mins for my order to come in. I called multiple times even though they have my data sutch as calls/order status of late there was not much satisfaction in customer service. Yes there was a mention of a trump protest around Jan 19th 2017 for delay but with the hotel 0.4mi and due to work we couldn 't receive it ourselves. My group was hungry we gave patients and time. I was directed to a store manager(locally) and a manager through the call hub and no answer. I finally called and canceled my order and 30mins later delivery came by. We purchased it quality of the pizza was not pleasing. Asked for a call back, information, discount or an apology none was taken into account. Goodluck and 2x check just before ordering. And soggy.
