Super fast in and out but it was 7:30am on a Sunday. Washrooms were clean.

No coffee (French Vanilla) in the middle of the day. Employee pressed wrong button and machine stopped.Pathetic service and always missing items. No English within staff.

I regularly go to Tim Hortons for freshly brewed coffee and bagels, but this was the one time I wish I could forget it. This is exactly. There are a lot of flies and other little insects flying around the shop and on the baked goods. Because of how unsanitary the store is, I will now be wary of visiting any Tim Hortons locations. This is the food that we incorrectly associate with freshness and cleanliness! Tim Hortons, I am really disappointed in you.I saw the worst thing!

Worst tim hortons of kitchener, I live near conestoga college, so visit the restaurant everyday, I am a regular customer. The staff is untrained, I never get the items the way I have ordered. The steep tea is never stirred properly, they skip to add sugar. It feels disgusting and disappointing to come home and find the tea you paid for has no taste ,no sugar in it. This happens all the time I visit. Even the bagels and sandwiches are not prepared according to customer order.
