I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The staff and management were very courteous, and the food was fresh and of excellent quality.

The restaurant was deserted, with only two staff members and myself present. One of the employees was having lunch, which I have no issue with. However, the other completely overlooked me. Nobody acknowledged my presence at all. I stood in front of the cash register for a few minutes, right in front of an employee who was on her phone. Eventually, I just decided to leave. I went to Freshii instead, and the service there was much better.

The staff is very friendly, the dining room has a cool vibe, and the atmosphere is pleasant. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options available. Additionally, if you remove any default topping from your order, you can substitute it for another topping at no extra charge.

As much as I enjoy the Sunshine salad, there?s always an ingredient missing. One time, it was the avocado (the only source of fat in the salad), and yesterday, they neglected to add the bacon bits and pecans I paid for. After paying almost $20 (includingmy additives), I am quite disappointed with the lack of attention to detail.

My girlfriend (anaphylactic with a nut allergy) was served peanuts in her number 5 bowl after explicitly being told that it had no nuts. She then asked for it to be remade and received it without the added chicken that had been paid for. Definitely not aplace to bring anyone with a severe allergy and terrible service all around.
