Great experience! the service was good and eating was even better. I love this place! 10/10 recommend!

The baked mac and cheese was so mouth watering! Love the atmosphere the employees had while I was picking up my order. Mrs. Laura is awesome!

The food is well worth the price. However they took about 4 mins a car to serve (I was number 5) and the staff was not friendly at all. This could have been a fluke but based off this experience I rated a 3.

Second time I've visited this Popeye's have been disappointed, Don't bother calling them,, they won't answer the phone. If they do, they'll hang up on you. A week ago, added a regular side of red beans/rice, didn't get it. (That's what I get for not checking the bag before leaving the drive thru). Today, I was trying to get one to make up for the one I didn't get they said they couldn't do that! Really?? Also, no napkins, no dipping sauce for the tenders, no receipt. I won't be back to this location, EVER.

The level of professionalism is little to nonexistent and every order we have received has been wrong. In addition, we came 10/30/2021 and the employees pretended not to be there. As I drove pass the drive-thru window one of the employees looked at me and put her hood on and walked away from the window. Also you can see employees eating in the back as they hide. Furthermore, customers were standing outside as employees just looked and continued to hide in the back.
