Restaurant bewertenThat was doing in our way because of ice storms, so I expected everyone to be busy. it wasn't as bad as I thought there was a lot of empty tables, but obviously they had a personal shortage. a couple of 2 were sitting in front of our party of three, and we were told it would be a 15-20 minute waiting. once the waitress gave us a menu and took a drink order. when she returned the coffee cup on the tablet, my enkelin had an obvious lipstick mark on the side she noticed and mentioned. the waitress turned her back to us, took a towel from her apron and wiped it out poured coffee in it and put it before me. When the food came out, it wasn't our order. we had to bring back the French toast, who had drowned and bananed, but was easy. had to demand a order of hathbrowns who were missing, and my eating was cold. I didn't even tell her that my side of the pancakes was omitted because cold pancakes did not appeal to me. I made a very generous tipp because she was obviously overwhelmed, but it will take a long time until I give them another chance.
Weak lunch menu. No choice of salad dressing except ranch. Only choice for sauce for chicken tenders was honey mustard or more ranch.
There is a reason why this place isn't busy even in weekends . I understand they're understaffed but the waiters are not even making an effort to be good at what they are doing. Is really bad, really bad. Long wait, no refills nobody taking care of the tables even though there are no more than 3 tables to serve. Definitely no recommendable.
Sorry have to be honest… couldn’t give negative stars. Worst restaurant I’ve ever been to.
And make that a minus 1 star. On Christmas evening, waited over an hour just to be on the list to be seated. When we finally got seated we were told that they only had 1 cook and about 2 wait staff. They said that everyone else called off. The food was cold. The whole experience was horrible. We’re from out of town and was not expecting this from IHOP!
