Absolutely love this place. It has become a regular Wednesday visit. Worth the drive. Staff lovely and friendly, and great food, especially the beef and Guinness pie.

Great experience eating here tonight. Friendly service, dog friendly and very accommodating in seating us in a corner with our little dog to give him space, which we really appreciated as he can be quite nervous when we eat out. The food was really good and fairly priced. Even more impressed when I overheard a mention that the kitchen had been short staffed, as we would never have realised. Thank you for a lovely evening!

I have eaten here 3 times, the beer is good, eating is always top quality, good value and friendly service. the pub is a beautiful modern room to enjoy good beer and eat. i highly recommend this pub

Only a very relaxing long bank holiday weekend away and stayed in this wonderful hotel/sub. we were greeted by beautiful things that welcomed us very much and visited all our needs. the room was very modern and comfortable and we had a good night sleep, bed very comfortable and they could not hear any noise from the other rooms. the food was also delicious. we meet the owner iain, who made us very welcome on his own special kind, so funny man and made our stay very pleasant. we will definitely be back and would definitely recommend staying here.

Another success story for Ian and his staff! I've been here several times now, generally for breakfast. Ian knows how to pull customers in with his two for one breakfast choices. The maple pancakes are the best I've had in a long time. We also love his choice of coffee beans. Staff are attentive and will go out of their way to accommodate special requirements. The decor, furnishings and smells as soon as you walk in make for an enjoyable experience!
