Restaurant bewertenI had a terrible experience at this Dunkin'. They were always understaffed, which made the service really slow. My breakfast order was incorrect, and the employees seemed incompetent and unhelpful. I definitely won’t be returning.
I used to rave about this Dunkin , but lately it is disappointing. The wait time in drive thru is so long and lately the inside has been closed in the morning. Since the new owners took over there has been a huge decline in service. Very disappointed!
This place is hot or miss honestly. Sometimes they are spot on, other times they mess up. I have been stuck in the drive thru while waiting for someone who ordered a box of joe, meanwhile I ordered a large iced coffee and was told to pull around the side while they brew it. What gives??
The low-starred reviewers are telling the truth about DD employees getting orders wrong. I ordered an everything toasted bagel and a small iced cappuccino in advance so it was literally written on paper!! Yet, after 15+ minutes of waiting in the drive-thru, they didn't know what my order was AND after I left, I opened to find that they gave me a PLAIN NON-TOASTED bagel . I'm never getting my order here through drive-thru again.
Only one person at counter, but she was leaning out the DriveUp window no DriveUp customers) while she was on her phone. Ignoring us. Finally I had to yell Hello loudy for some service. Asked for 2 latte 's, They were mostly ice. Actually only about 3 gulps of actual beverage. After waiting a long time to use the bathroom. A duncan employee exits, leaving NO Toilet paper and a mess at the sink, ironically under a sign that states they clean the bathroom often. ... NOT. Had to ask the one person at the counter for some toilet paper. Hands me the huge role. I had to clean the bathroom myself. Nasty. A customer should not have to do this.
