Mcdonald's - Middletown

I’m giving this McDonald's 2 stars simply because I like the brand, but this location consistently forgets items from my order. When I order delivery, it becomes difficult to rectify the missing items. They really need to improve their attention to orders.

I always have a great experience at the 211 McDonald's because they never get my order wrong. Even this time, when I accidentally pressed the mustard button, they still managed to include my extra cheese, just as I usually ask for. Maybe they recognize my name, haha!

The food was delicious, but I have to mention that the Double Filet O Fish was not well put together—it seemed like it had been thrown together in a hurry. Additionally, the fries weren't served in full, and, once again, I didn't get my sweet and sour sauce for the fourth time.

Things are looking up at the restaurant. A new elderly gentleman has assumed the role of manager, and he appears to be doing an excellent job. The current staff is also fantastic. While the ice machine is still out of order, I suppose that's just the way it is for now.

It's quite good. The food is always fresh. I happened to go during a particularly busy period, but the staff handled everything efficiently.
