Kfc - Middletown

It took 30 minutes to get my food through the trip, said they wait for cookies, so we moved to wait. 4 other cars were served as we waited, so we went in to check and they said they were waiting for huh. a lot of customer service.

We waited a long time for our food and when we got it we went home and guess what the next day I had food poisoning. I was so sick ill never eat at this KFC AGAIN!!!!!!Food: 1/5

We was fine before we went an got two Bowles that night an next day we both was so sick to our stomachs an yeah think thats all I have to say

This review is for the young lady at the window. Her name is Layla. She is so sweet. She is always so pleasant when me and my family visit this KFC. We went through the drive thru. She's respectful and works good under pressure. She is definitely a keeper. We need more people like her. 5 stars for Layla. Customer service goes a long way and keeps the customers coming back lol. Oh BTW the food was good too.

Absolute WORST kfc. We ordered in the drive thru (5 piece, bowl, fries and a drink) waited for 30 minutes in the parking lot . Finally get our Food make it home and they forgot the bowl, the thing that I think would take the most time. No one is answering the phone so we drive all the way backup there and the manager is completely rude. She wanted to see a receipt even though we never got one still had the bag and the charge that we could show them on our card. After some frustration back-and-forth they did wind up giving us the food but we will not be back.
