Panda House - Middle Island

After picking up groceries, we decided to try this restaurant and we were not disappointed! The eggplant with garlic sauce, chicken wings, and orange chicken were all delicious. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. We will definitely be returning with our family in the future!

The food quality at this restaurant has declined over the years, going from pretty good to terrible. We used to enjoy this local take-out place many years ago, until they moved away. A few years later, the same family came back to the north side of the street, but it wasn't as good as before. Last month, our usual place was closed so we tried another restaurant and were extremely disappointed. Every dish was unacceptable, with some being tasteless and others inedible. The meat was fatty and full of gristle, the sauces were off, and the overall experience was bad. We won't be returning and will have to go without Chinese food on Mondays.

I have a lot of experience with Chinese takeout, but I was really disappointed by this food. Ming Ting, which used to be the best in town, seems to be past its prime. It's a shame because the people there are nice.
