Restaurant bewertenI haven't been to this KFC in years because I was not impressed. The staff seem more interested in their phones than serving customers - where is the manager? I ordered a zinger meal and didn't have to wait long, but the chips were disappointing and the chicken fillet was small and tasted bland. This KFC is not up to par, it's no wonder they have bad reviews. And to top it off, they were out of lettuce. Save your money and go elsewhere for a better experience.
This place is food poisoning waiting to happen and should be shut off, slimy underboiled huh.
We have two at most takeawys in the year, and if we dicide that kfc can be a good idea, we will find them near 18 clock, they can not blame the personal shortage, my son applied for a job and. never heard again, the place is always full of rubbish on the floors and table, which I always flow over, so they save their money, not disturb!
I rarely visit KFC, but my recent experience left me very disappointed. There was tension among customers waiting, and the workers were doing their best but seemed to be under a lot of pressure and making mistakes. Some workers were not wearing their face masks properly, with some on their chin, and their hair was hanging loose. There seemed to be a lack of management present to monitor and support the staff. My meal was not ordered correctly and was barely warm, which was disappointing. Some workers could benefit from improving their interpersonal skills. Management should take responsibility for monitoring and addressing these issues.
The store was extremely busy with about 6 delivery drivers waiting for orders. Didn't mind waiting for food. That's life. As we have had order issues in the past with items missing (no fries in a 6 piece bucket or no gravy, no coleslaw) we...have become accustomed to checking our order before leaving the store. Last night, was handed order. Fries, yes. Gravy, yes. Coleslaw, yes. Hot wings, yes. Chicken, yes. All present and correct. Leave store. Get home (30 minute drive) only to find that the 6 piece bucket was actually a 5 piece bucket! As I said, the store was extremely busy but I do not see this as an excuse to not to be able to put the correct number of chicken pieces into a bucket. Do I really need to count the chicken pieces before I leave the store? You have to ask, if the staff can't get the basics right what else do they not get right? I have lived in various locations in the UK and can honestly say that no KFC store that I have visited make as many constant mistakes as the Burgess Hill store do. Is there maybe a Don't care attitude? Is it more important to clear the queue as fast as possible than fulfill orders correctly?
