Restaurant bewertenGreat food, just didn’t have multiple menu items: prime rib, all chicken, lobster bisque, carrot cake….they were out of all these. The menu is not large, and these were just what heard from us and the table next to use when we attempted to order items, ect. Great food, it well managed.
Fine dining chef inspired gourmet cuisine from the appetizer of shrimp cocktails, artisan breads and selection of cheese spreads to the dinner entrees of filet mignon cooked perfectly at medium rare temperature along with Chilean sea bass perfectly moist with lentils. Italian margaritas and old fashioned cocktails were made perfectly and paired well with our dinner selection. The chocolate ganache cake with French vanilla ice cream was a perfect end of the evening for decedent dessert. Kudos to our server for being so attentive to every detail of our dining experience as well as the Host for his hospitality. We will definitely be back to the hotel, casino and spa blu. Thank you so much for the ambiance, hospitality and great food/service of what a fine dining experience should be like.

Lovely service and nicely prepared food. Prime rib was amazing. Nice selections for entrees and add ons. ? Interior Design input: The seating for the booths should be more intimate and the decor is a bit too dark and dated.
Beautiful, fine dining experience! All the food was fantastic, and the restaurant took you out of the casino and into a classy atmosphere. Our server was fantastic and very friendly. Highly recommend and would definitely return.
