Wendy's - Michigan City

Some days the hamburgers seem fresh at Wendy's and other days they seem like they've been there for a month it's kind of Hit and Miss what can I tell you fast food isn't what it used to be

Do not go there from 11-1 food is nasty likes it's burnt and sitting out to long.

Bad customer service. I waited at counter with employees sweeping g lobby and working behind counter at fry station. No one said anything to me but all saw me. The manager walked right by me but didn't say hello or be right with you. Nothing said to me. So in went elsewhere to eat since customer service is not a priority here. Guess another place losing because of service.

Horrible service. We got moldy food and then they refused to refund us . Only offered more food . Why would we want more food when our first meal had mold

My order was not taken correctly and I asked the manager if she can remake the order and I pay the difference. She rudely refused and stated she was understaffed and making other orders. I've worked in fast food and was always told to remake an order even if the customer doesn't offer to pay the difference, but I did and this is unacceptable.
