Restaurant bewertenThe first time. Beautiful interior, very nice bar and a great atmosphere. Small but decent beer tap list. The food was excellent! I had the fillet mignon and it was melt delicious in your mouth. Probably the two. Best I ever had in a restaurant. The accompanying creamy potatoes Gratin and green beans with roasted tomatoes were also great. I had no appetizers or dessert, but I'm sure they're fantastic. Chef Maria was very accommodating and I really enjoyed my experience there. I will definitely be back as there are many things on the menu that I would like to try. This would be a great place to take a date.
We have been a fan of Chef Maria since the early days of the Nibbles Restaurant. You will love the comfortable dining room and the fully equipped bar of Watermark, with a view of the chefs hard at work in the kitchen. A new addition to the menu is a burger and pommes, and the burger is good except this world. Beef quality is top notch, and the additional care that Mary gives to the blows makes it really special. You can always expect to get a flawless care of Mo, which we usually ask that she was not available this night), and we had fine service from our server, a young man whose name I do not remember. Although the restaurant was busy this Thursday night was a really good sign) Maria found the time to come to our table to say hi to us and our guests. Watermark was opened only a few weeks in this location, only north of the former Nibbles restaurant, but the staff seems to have quickly adapted to the larger room. So do your taste buds a favor and checkout this new addition to the exciting eating scene in downtown Miamisburg.
Nice room with fantastic jazz on Friday nights. The food was unique and delicious. The crooked brie with fig jam and fried sommes was a great fusion of sweet and hearty. Pork Cheeks with Coca Cola Marinade was so tender...... best not even tasted like pork that was good because it was soooo good. The Hornbrot was a beautiful pairing with the cheeks. Almost the consistency of the polnta. Green beans were well seasoned and only slightly crisp. Dessert was a creamy corn and berry ice cream with a butter shortbread cookie. Lovely!!!!!! Must go and experience!!!!
I had a wonderful experience here. Staff/owners are so friendly and accommodating. There was a surprising amount of vegan options on their menu and it was absolutely delicious. And if you are interested in craft cocktails, this is the place for you.
I haven 't tried the food. (I came in because of the music...Kevin Dumont. When I got here...they didn 't have soda water because Miamisburg was on a Boil Advisory. (Nothing like throwing a restaurant a curveball on a Friday night. My mixer is soda water, and I 'm fairly rigid lol...like in a Rainmanian way. But it 's not about the problem folks...it 's about how you deal with it, and overcome it. They nailed it. They told me what they could do...said it with a smile, and then the music started playing. Problem solved. The atmosphere is on point...modern, not too busy sleek, refined. Love it... And lets talk about the courage it takes to try something like this in these smaller downtowns like this. I give them 5 stars based on their liquor selection, service, willingness to invest in quality live entertainment...and their passion to invest and build something in an old, existing structure in a downtown they believe in. Kuddos Watermark!
