Mcdonald's - Miami

Came at 2 o'clock on 07/04/22 and all the workers had to serve was mcchickens. no drinks. no meat. no sweets. No mccafe. we only have mcchickens, which I kept in the car for 15 minutes, because I was already in the line when I went to order.

Horrible service. We used the mobile app to order breakfast waited in line 15 minutes. Here before 11AM and finally we get to the window and they couldn't find our order then they make us go inside and say that they can't make the order (even though it is already paid for) had to order lunch and now still waiting for just about any food. Total time here 40 mins! So much for fast food.

They worry more about they're drive thru customers than the customers inside the actual lobby. (The lobby was super packed) When a customer needed help In the self serve POS they completely ignored him. I helped him out. Also I observed a customer who wanted his hot coffee replaced for another because it was served to him cold. One of the employees caught an attitude and said to her co workers ofcourse it's going to be cold! He asked for 6 creams. Just give him the coffee and get him out of here Management was no where to be found. I hate to write reviews like this. But since Management wasn't around. Hopefully they're hire ups read this.

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever tried. I didn’t know over-cooked mcchicken is chewy like gum. I didn’t know the McDonald’s fries without seasoning tastes like sand. Now I know. And will never eat at McDonald’s again.

Dear McDonald’s do not put on your website or on Google that you are open 24 hours when in fact you are never open 24 hours at this location. Furthermore when you are in fact open late at this location you always have some issue with, it’s cash only or it’s limited menu. If you’re going to be operating like this why even be open at all ? Will not return to this location day or night.
