Papa John's Pizza never lets you disappoint! Love their garlic butter diving!

Delivery order never arrived, and when we called to ask, they said they delivered it already and gave a description that did not match the house. The manager said they could re-do the order for pickup only, which was fine, but they refused to refunddelivery and tip fees. Additionally, they accused us of lying about the pizza being delivered and wanted proof that he nevershowed up. For context, we order pizza from here very often and can afford a $20 pizza order, so that accusation was ridiculous.Then, they said they would send him out to the house again (without a replacement pizza). For what? I have no idea. Stillwaiting for him to arrive. Trash customer service. Disgusted by the attitude of the manager. They lost a customer.

A great Papa Johns location, always go here and it's great.

Always gotta love a great pizza. Walked in to get a pie to go. Very busy place but pizza made to order
