Papa John's Pizza - Miami Springs

Extremely rude. I placed my order and the person on the phone gave me my total and then immediately hung up, without giving me the option of paying by card. When the order arrived to my hotel, I asked if I could pay in card and the delivery driver said noonly cash. I told him how I did not have that much cash on me and that I was never given the option on the phone. The deliverydriver started getting irritated and made me get money from the ATM. If it wasn?t 10pm and my wife and I weren?t hungry I wouldhave refused the delivery and went somewhere else.

Papa Johns, what happened? Waited an hour for just 1 pizza that comes from 3 miles away ? Pizza was super dry and cold by the time it got here? If you keep increasing delivery fees please at least stick to the ?approximate delivery time?, it was supposedto be 30 min. Perhaps consider hiring more drivers that actually know the routes and try not giving each of them 20 orders for a?30-40 minute? delivery window? It?s just not realistic.

Good pizza at a big price. Always on time and the staff is pleasant.

The pizza was hot and appetizing to eat. Delivery arrived at the time advised.
