Subway - Miami Beach

Absolute müll, kumpel with the pierced lip and tattoos does nothing, while the other guy makes all the accusations begin to finish. when they hate their job, they find a new one. consistently bad subway and they wear gloves while they touch money and eat, more disgusting place.

7/1/22 in between 10-10:30pm. The lady who was working during that time seriously has to stop serving people. I simply asked to toast bread and cheese before adding anything else, and she rolled her eyes as if she had to load the truck! And guess what, she started toasting that poor piece of bread without any cheese on it. The whole time she was spreading tuna she made sure I saw she was doing me a favor. Once she was done, she threw the sandwich to the other person to prep, left the area, helped herself with a fountain drink and sat behind the line with judging and disgusted look. I have never been disrespected like that. I used to work in F&B industry and know how tough it might get. But this was beyond my understanding.

This location is not consistent with other subway locations. This location includes much less meat than the other locations. Clearly this is a franchise trying to increase profit margins. It’s disappointing subway as a whole allows this to occur.

Omg, what's going on? I ordered the server recognized the options not on the board she stood before, I was told that I didn't allow salat choices in my sandwich because they selected a number. Never heard of it, in any subway ever. then she got the command wrong and tried to give my wife wobble and mayo I asked to be omitted. dear man! then I asked the toilet (which my son used about 10 minutes earlier) to say that I was not allowed because it was in construction. No, it wasn't! when I said that. they repeated it was in construction. I pointed out that my son had used it just 10 minutes ago, they said it was going out of a toilet roll, I said that it was not in construction. I have no idea what it was about here can only assume that they have decided that they do not want to clean it. I usually like a subway. only show the difference that makes the right person. I've never done an angry one before! I was in the whole world to subways and happy miami, you have the worst!

I have to agree with other reviewers that this is easily the worst subway I have ever been to. I came here several times last week when I had family visiting just to grab something quick midday or something simple late night. The first evening, there was only one girl who was so rude and non communicative, and she shorted us meatballs on a sub that was split (7 instead of the usual 8). The following day was better, same meatball sub, same split, and all ok… but soooo slow. The following day, I waited so long that other people in line just dropped out and left. Two employees making minimal food, but I swear I had to have waited at least 20 min with only two people they actually served in front of me. My last and final visit has officially made this place one I will never return to. A young guy handled my food after handling money, no hand sanitizer and no gloves. It was pulling teeth to work with him just on getting the correct number of meatballs (shorted again) and he refused to put cheese or sauce on top. I think I was just in shock when I paid at how bad this place is because I clearly shouldn’t have paid and just left. When I arrived home, I ate the few meatballs, but threw the dirty bread that was handled with bare hands in the trash. This place should legit be shut down because this is clearly a health hazard.
