I went through the drive through and the big Hispanic girl on the day shift is very rude. Not only did we wait 25 minutes for our food just for it to be wrong. I'm born and raised in Metter and best believe I will let everyone know what happened. Theydidn't discount our food or anything. . HORRIBLE SERVICE
Lobby is closed for some reason? Nothing like getting off of I-16, but still having to sit in your car to get your order and eat it? Bathroom was clean enough, so that?s the star they get there. It looks like the smarmy owner put up a sign about being shortstaffed, and I?m assuming that?s why they?re slow? If I had to guess, the owner likely thinks paying minimum wages is enough,and then wonders why ?no one wants to work these days? and blames being short staffed on that. Drive through is slow asheck. In my opinion, plenty of workers around these days if you pay them enough, the owner?s inability to hire or retain peopleis a poor reflection on the brand
I ordered a Blizzard and was bemused when I was handed a cup with a cover, no upside down display. I was traveling so I left to get back on the road. The Blizzard was not thick like usual. It was tasty but the consistency was disappointing.
What is this location to purchase an Oreo blizzard, when I arrived I was informed they were out of Oreos. Definitely a bummer, but not the end of the world. However, the lack of remorse from the employee working the drive thru, to the point they seemedoffended I was disappointed they were missing menu items, was unacceptable in my book. If I could give you zero stars, I would.
