Gyu Kaku Japanese BBQ Restaurant

I have been sooooo inlove with Gyu Kaku since they opened here in Manila. They have quality food and I always enjoy my visit here with my family and friends. Highly recommended!! Don't leave without trying their ice cream!!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The servers are not attentive. Our orders were served one by one -while we ordered meat and seafoods for grilling (come to think of it, they don't need to cook it and yet, it takes about for them to serve it? ...They will only serve it if we will follow it up to them. Price is not reasonable for the quality of food and service they provide. With our total bill, I can say it's better to eat on an eat-all-you can restaurant, where you can enjoy different variety of meat and seafoods you can choose from.

My husband and I like this spot. It's affordable if you order chicken and individual meats. The downside is that the service is very slow and the ventilation is bad. You will smell like meat and food when you leave even if you don't order...the bbq. The ramen isn't very good, but it hits the spot. Don't order the edamame. They give you like pieces.

Had a quick dinner with my better half. We ordered appetizers (Kimchi, battered shrimp and edamame) and different part of beef for the main course. Meat was tender, service was great, ambience was relaxing. Overall enjoyed it.
