Café Sur Mer - METIS-SUR-MER

Directly on the picturesque drive along the St-Laurent River, this site offers excellent cappuccinos and large paninis. it has a lot of books to read or borrow before location. the people are relaxing and the service is great. there is a lot of space to enjoy the moment.

The atmosphere is wonderful. comfortable chairs, books to borrow and play, invite everyone to stay and enjoy the delicious suppers, baked goods and coffee. local artists are presented and sold here. sad, not a stop for early morning coffee, as they are not. open to 9 o'clock.

Very recommended to stop here. had a fantastic cream of soup, top kerbe los leaf tee and sweets to die! I couldn't help buy sweet souvenirs too!

This caffe offers so many wonderful services: it is a caffe that serves delicious breakfast through delicious late afternoon tea; a fantastic gift shop selling wonderful local and regional items as well as beautiful international items; it is a welcoming meeting point of the community. the people are so friendly. they can always go and ask for help to find the best local attractions for their needs. I rarely go without buying anything without which I cannot live!

Much more than a coffee shop, it features week end brunch with a great chef, a gift shop promoting regional artists, and periodic vernissages with local musicians.
