Restaurant bewertenWe decided to go to Taco Bell for dinner, feeling hungry as it was open until 2am. When we arrived, the lady at the drive-thru told us there would be a 10-minute wait. We agreed multiple times, but she then informed us that we couldn't wait in line and had to wait in the parking lot. We never even had the opportunity to see the menu or place an order. This Taco Bell is the worst; there always seems to be an issue. The restaurant really needs better management and employees.
The gentleman apologized for the mix-up with your order, ma'am. He explained that the restaurant is very busy and customers are constantly ordering different items.
This Taco Bell location is the worst I've ever been to. The service was not good, they were slow, and the food was terrible.
Of the two kiosks to order food one was broken no counter help the order was placed and lost they didn't have available what I ordered. Finally ordered something else went to get my drink and the drink machine and the over spill trays was full of mold. I wasn't about to check the drink dispensers for there cleanliness and safety. This store should be shut down by Taco Bell reorganized thoroughly clean and sanitize the facility especially the drink machines. Get counter help and do whatever is necessary to keep adequate staffing or shut it down.
Literally the worst taco bell ever. Quessidilla had two bites of meat and cheese in the entire thing. Ordered a chipotle chicken wrap and got some kind of monstrosity instead
