Great staff! Tried the burger for the first time (black n bleu tonight and it was really really good!! Update: Since my last review, I've had the Mediterranean shrimp pasta (Friday night special , Mama's fries (WOW! , and the hot wings. All awesome plates! I was impressed with the heat of the hot sauce for the wings; I've been let down many times by the promise of a hot sauce that wasn't that. Also, the wings are a pretty nice size.

I drove into town from Biloxi and one of my coworkers said if I was ever in New Orleans that I had to stop and eat at Moma’s Place… that advice turned out to be amazing advice. It isn’t a big place but it has a family feel. You can tell right away that it has its regulars and the staff know them personally. The food was absolutely amazing, some of the best Jalapeño poppers I’ve ever had, I even got some to go. I had the Chicken Parm and it was cooked to perfection with a very healthy portion size! They don’t skip on any ingredients. The atmosphere was what you would expect from a friendly local bar with plenty of TVs, at least one pool table that I saw. Really enjoyed this place and highly recommend to anyone passing though town that doesn’t want it stop at a chain restaurant.

The rudest bartender!! I stood there at the bar waiting to order for almost 10 minutes while he talked to his buddies and ignored me the entire time!! Never said one word to me!!
