Restaurant bewertenGood experience at this Red Lobster! Came on a Saturday afternoon and it was very peaceful and quiet. Our server Justice was great. Ordered the Cajun Shrimp Trio and I could barely finish it even thought it was so delicious . The cheddar biscuits are my favorite appetizer. A raspberry smoothie was also ordered and it was a perfect blend of fresh and creamy, and it wasn't too sweet. Very light.
I went in today (Easter Sunday) with a party of 6. Downloaded the app on the way to the restaurant and got our name on the list. Table was ready for us when we walked in. The hostesses (especially Alexis, if I read correctly) were so sweet and humored my 5 year old, letting her pet one of the lobsters We were quickly served their signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, always a hit. Our server suggested some great appetizers, we ordered the calamari, which is served with spicy ranch and marinara. He brought our drinks quickly and the appetizer shortly after (so good). The kids ordered some different shrimp dishes and macaroni and were all very pleased. The adults all ordered the same the Bar Harbor Lobster Bake which had lobster, shrimp, mussels, and scallops over linguini. It was so much good on one plate, and our server noticed when we needed refills and brought them quickly. It was very comfortable and fairly quiet, although I was able to catch some Steely Dan coming through the speaker at the end of the meal. It was altogether a wonderful experience.
My family (2adults, 2kids) ate here on 4/27/23. There was no host visible for several minutes. There was only one other table in the restaurant at the time. Eventually we were sat. Started by visiting the restroom. The smell of raw sewage was overpowering. I got back to our table 5 minutes later to find out our server had not been by yet. Soon after our server came by and said she would be right back. After 10 minutes she finally came back. She took our order. She brought out my wife 's and my drink but my son had to wait almost 10 more minutes for his orange juice (had to wait on the bartender).... 10 minutes later, she brought out our appetizer and the entree together saying the kitchen had pushed it all out at once. Funny since the appetizer was cold. She had also forgotten several items on our order that she brought back some time later. We tried to get refills, napkins, silverware, etc but there was no one around. I mean no one. No server, bartender, host, manager, no one. As I started eating my overcooked shrimp, I found a slimy black object in my ketchup (that they portion into cups). I informed the server who said it 's probably just a green onion and said she would let the manager know. No visit, and after seeing that, could not finish my meal. Utterly gross. Got the check finally (full price) and she said she let the manager know. Here 's the real kicker. I emailed corporate about my experience. First of all, there is an invisible limit on how long your comment can be had to figure that out by trial and error. It took three emails to let them know the issues we had. Second, I received an email from them several days later asking for ALL of the information I had already posted in the form THEY provided online. What a joke. Run away.
I brought the kids here after school so we came on a Tuesday around 5pm. It was not crowded so as soon as we walked in we were greeted and taken to our seats. Our server was Cherri if I remember correctly and she was awesome. It was very clean and quite. The food was excellent and was brought out promptly.
This place is is the absolute definition of gross. Food was bland very nasty smell and super overpriced. I will never return This was my first time eating lobster and I will never agin
