A delicious breakfast place that is definitely a must. The room is open and welcoming. The service is fast, friendly and efficient. The breakfast menu offers a range of options. The chickens and waffles are incredibly delicious. The Bourbon maple syrup alone makes her worth a visit. The hash browns are perfect. The omelets are large and fluffy. The prices are fair. If you live out breakfast, you should visit this place.

A truly unique experience. This is the second time that I was in this restaurant and it is worth the trip (from I-10). Come with an appetite because the proportions are large and exceptionally prepared. The Big Jay has a delicious soft cookie, egg, chicken, bacon and gravy (yummy). The tamale breakfast is amazing (too much food for me this morning). They have a barista in service and their home coffee and special order coffee are great.

Excellent menu I had a Denver Omlet who was above the best. Great coffee. They also make gluten-friendly pancakes/bread. I would also recommend her cookies and Gravy. The service was also amazing.

Great service! Super friendly staff. I had the Chicken Waffles with the Bourbon Cheyenne Syrup and it was to die for AMAZING! The chicken tenders were fresh, and hand breaded that morning, the waffle fluffy and just the right amount of sweetness. My husband had the potatoe pancakes that were equally delicious.
